Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic we are not able to offer face to face visits but we aim to be able to return to this service as soon as we can. The Telephone Service we can offer is for:

Residents of the London Borough of Hounslow, aged 60+, are socially isolated or lonely or are isolated due to physical disability or health issues, or are isolated as a result of being the main carer for a spouse or relative, or can be self-referred or have agreed to being referred for the service.
