Phoenix Care Havering Ltd offers bespoke care plans to support clients and enable them to continue living in their own homes, in familiar surroundings.

We involve clients and their familys throughout the care planning process to ensure that the service we provide includes all wants and wishes. Flexible visits ensure that there is enough time to do things to the highest standard, in the way that the client prefers, without feeling rushed.

Our care packages range from companionship, light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation to home from hospital services, personal care, and medication support.

Our home care support workers also support clients outside of their home by accompanying them to appointments clubs and on visits to their favourite places.

We provide services for all vulnerable adults.
