PFC Care Ltd is a family-oriented CQC Registered Domiciliary Care service which provides Person -Centred care and Support to vulnerable adults. We are a Caring and Compassionate Homecare service provider who are keen to help you stay in your own home and maintain and do all the things you love. We understand that sometimes the only person you see  on a daily basis is the Carer and hence we can just be there when you need us. 

Our services include providing Personal Care, Medication Support, Companionship, Meal Preparation, Cooking and Cleaning, Light domestic chores including Laundry and Shopping and Days Out for Activities.

We are dedicated to supporting you with all your Care needs professionally, with respect and dignity and maintaining your privacy. All our staff members are DBS checked and we obtain at least 2 references and they are fully trained to deliver the right care and support. We always try and match you with a Staff member that is suited for your needs.

Once an assessment has been done we will develop a Specific Care Plan that is specific to you and this is regularly reviewed with your changing needs. The most important thing is all this is done with you at the Centre as we respect your choices, preferences and wishes so that we can achieve positive Outcomes for you. Thus you can retain your independence and continue to enjoy and do the things you love.

PFC Care Ltd provides Support and Person -centred  care to Adults and the Elderly, to people who have Physical Disabilities and Dementia in their own own. We offer our services to peole who have been Newly discharged from Hospital and need interim or temporary support and care.  We have a car with Business Insurance to take you to important appointments and any Hospital Appointments. We also help with Re-enabling you to obtain and maintain your independence at home.

A bespoke care package dependent on your specific Needs, will be prepared after an Initial free Assessment.
