Our household and office management service aims to simplify the day-to-day tasks you might not have time to get to or might not enjoy doing at all. All our services are carried out discreetly with the utmost respect and confidentiality, and to the highest of standards. We offer:

  • paperwork organisation, sorting and filing as well as helping you to implement a system that works for you so that going forward you can manage it on your own – whether it be bills, accounts or even photographs.
  • secretarial services such as letter writing, copy typing, data capturing, stuffing, folding, and shredding.
  • key-holding service which means you will never have to stay in and wait for tradesmen or deliveries again. We take care of those important parcels and oversee work that needs to be done.
  • housekeeping services such as cleaning, washing, ironing, bed linen changing and indoor window cleaning.
  • pet care service aimed at giving you peace of mind. This includes feeding, walking and companionship while you are at work or away on holiday, you can rest assured your furry friend will be taken care of.
  • plant care service, such as watering your plants, both indoor and out.
  • security and property checks while you are away from home.

Our non-medical senior assistance service provides the elderly with support and discreet assistance. Our service aims to promote independent and safe living in a kind and warm manner. We assist with paperwork, technological support, general household help, meal deliveries, accompanying appointments and, most importantly, companionship. We treat all our clients with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Let us assist with your household admin and filing. We can run those errands for you, take care of your grocery shopping, gift purchasing, prescription collections and dry cleaning. We assist with arranging MOTs, repairs, maintenance and insurance quotes for your vehicle. We also offer injury and illness care for you or your loved ones, including home visits, purchasing of flowers and gifts, accompanying appointments and meal deliveries.

Let us simplify your next home / office move by sourcing the best local removal companies and trades people. We can assist with decluttering, sorting, and packing up your home / office before a move or a scheduled extension / build. We source high quality boxes and packaging materials and once the movers are gone, we’ll be there to provide a quick, efficient and organised unpack to help you settle into your new home/ office.

What it costs:

Personal concierge services are charged at £20 per hour with no minimum number of sessions. There is no charge for an initial consultation by phone or in person. If you are looking for regular assistance, an agreed upon rate will be determined. There are no joining fees or membership fees.
