We are a local social enterprise which supports older people age 70+ to continue to live independently and keep well. We operate schemes across Cheshire and work with a range of local organisations.

These include:

Telephone Befriending

Working with the NHS to provide social prescribing services

Providing support to patients being discharged from hospital and residential care

Development of reminiscence projects

Helping older people to access services and reduce loneliness and isolation

Social Groups and activities in Mid Cheshire and Chester

Happy Mondays group for adults with learning disabilities
