Nurses Group began its operations in 2015, and are now stepping into the Homecare wing, to build upon their existing relationship within the community. We pride ourselves on the quality of the service we provide, our reliability and our genuine caring approach.  We are a small friendly and passionate management team and are looking for support workers with a passion for providing high quality care to join our new care team based in Yeovil. The management team ensures that our staff receive on-going support and guidance through regular supervisions and by having an open-door approach to management. We provide support and care to adults who live in their own homes or with members of their family as an alternative to moving into residential care. The care we provide is tailored to our clients’ individual needs following our person-centred holistic assessment process. We:

Get to know and building relationships of openness and trust with clients

ProvidE reassurance, emotional and practical support to clients

Support clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing) whilst always maintaining their dignity

Support clients with light domestic household tasks

Support clients to prepare and manage a well-balanced diet

Support clients with the administration of medication

Assist clients with the use of mobility aids and personal equipment where required.
