Our Memory Support Care Groups are groups for people living with memory loss and their carers. They are offered under Hertswise, a Hertfordshire-wide service designed to support people living with low-level memory loss or mild cognitive impairment. Our Cogs Clubs (Brainwaves) are modelled based on Cognitive Stimulation.
