What does it do?

Age UK Oxfordshire’s Physical Activity service wants to support you in maintaining health, mobility, and independence, and to keep doing what you love for longer. We offer a variety of group exercise classes, both in-person and online, along with options to support you to be active at home, all of which are tailored to support people in later life.

 

Moving more can make a huge difference not just to your physical health, but to your mental health and wellbeing as well. It can improve your strength and balance, prevent falls, provide an instant well-being boost, and can be fun too! Even just a small amount of movement every day can be hugely beneficial to your posture and can make everyday tasks a little easier.
