Exercise and Socialise
What does it do?
The club consists mainly of seated exercises that last around 30-40 minutes long. With the help from our fully trained and qualified volunteer, you will see an improvement in strength, balance and posture in no time.
It is also a chance to meet like minded people and enjoy a chat over a cup of tea and biscuits. You can also play some table top games such as scrabble, the choice is yours!
