All staff sent on assignment from W4U Solutions are fully compliant with all the laws and guidelines set out by the CQC and have the following:
- Have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (or are currently studying their Qualification and have a minimum of 1 year paid experience).
- Have 2 written references from previous employers.
- Have up-to-date mandatory training
Who it is for?
It’s ultimately for anyone who wishes to remain at home but requires additional support or care needs in order to live an independent, healthy and fulfilling life. It’s often a preferred option for elderly people who don’t wish to be in a care home but need additional, regular support.

£14 to £17 per hour depending on the level of care needed
