What does it do?

W4U Solutions provides domiciliary and homecare services to people in their homes, our service support groups are Physical disability, Dementia, sensory impairment, Mental health and older people.
We carry out CQC regulated activities from our location and have a good team of professional workers who are experienced to support you with Personal Care, Meal Preparation,Medication,Home Cleaning and lots more.
W4U staff are highly trained and have the following unique qualities;Passion, Dedication, Friendliness, Empathy, Flexibility, Reliability,Equality and diversity, Patience, Sense of Humour, good communicator and very punctual.

All staff sent on assignment from W4U Solutions are fully compliant with all the laws and guidelines set out by the CQC and have the following:  

- Enhanced DBS check. 

- Have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (or are currently studying their Qualification and have a minimum of 1 year paid experience). 

- Have 2 written references from previous employers. 

- Have up-to-date mandatory training

Who it is for?

 It’s ultimately for anyone who wishes to remain at home but requires additional support or care needs in order to live an independent, healthy and fulfilling life. It’s often a preferred option for elderly people who don’t wish to be in a care home but need additional, regular support.

£14 to £17 per hour depending on the level of care needed
