Decluttering and hoarding support - Ealing and West London
Judgement-free decluttering and hoarding support in West LondonWhat does it do?
Healing Spaces with Kari offers compassionate, judgement-free decluttering, home organising and gentle deep cleaning across Ealing and West London. Founded by Karina Barboza, a former NHS Lived Experience Professional, the approach is trauma-informed and 100% consensual: your home, your pace, your decisions. Nothing leaves your home without your say-so.
The service is especially suited to people facing hoarding, ADHD, depression, bereavement or overwhelm, and to older people whose homes have become hard to manage alone. Sessions can be a one-off reset or regular ongoing support. A free first visit lets you meet Kari, see how it feels and make a gentle start together.
DBS checked, fully insured, and an APDO member working to its code of ethics. Bilingual (English and Spanish). Referrals welcome from NHS teams, social care, housing officers and family members.
Who it is for?
Adults across Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith and West London whose homes have become overwhelming: people living with hoarding, ADHD, depression, bereavement or low energy, older people managing a home alone, and families or professionals looking for gentle, practical support for someone they care about. This is not a clinical service: for people presenting with active psychosis or active schizophrenia, we signpost to services better placed to help.
