Community care centres provide a wide range of services to support people in the community.

The centres support:
- adults living with dementia and their carers
l- ocal people - the centre will be a hub for the local community with integrated services tailored to the needs of the community they serve

The centres have open public areas, centre-based services to meet assessed needs are the base for community support home care staff as well as short and long term residential care.
