Home Organising & Decluttering Service

Helping you feel comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

What does it do?

Helping you feel comfortable, safe, and independent at home

Is your home becoming harder to manage? Over time, we all accumulate belongings that can turn a familiar home into a source of stress or, worse, a trip hazard. Her Home Harmony provides specialized, hands-on decluttering and organizing services for seniors across Hampshire, West Sussex, and Surrey.

We provide a calm and gentle hands-on service designed to reduce anxiety and overwhelm and increase your daily life by:

  • Prioritizing Safety: We’ll clear walkways and improve accessibility to help you stay independent at home longer.
  • Simplifying Daily Life: We create easy-to-use systems for your kitchen, medications, and paperwork, so you can spend less time searching and more time enjoying your day.
  • Supportive Downsizing: Moving is emotional and stressful. We provide respectful assistance with packing, sorting, and unpacking, ensuring your most treasured memories come with you.
  • Compassionate Support: We offer support for bereavement and hoarding, always focusing on your well-being, dignity, and safety.

Our founder, Linda Farnden, has drawn on her experience working in the NHS and Older People’s Mental Health, and has spent her career supporting others with dignity and respect. As well as having her own business, she also works for Solent Mind as a CST (Cognitive Stimulation Therapy) Practicitioner, delivering weekly group sessions for people with mild to moderate dementia.

Who it is for?

Our service is designed for older adults who value their independence but are finding their home difficult to manage, as well as for family members looking to ensure their loved ones live in a safe, comfortable, and functional environment. We understand that your home is a collection of memories and cherished posessions, so we provide the gentle, hands-on support needed to declutter, downsize, or organize at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are simplifying your daily routine, moving to a new home, or navigating a difficult life transition like bereavement, we are here to provide the compassionate, judgment-free help you deserve.
