You can use the information and advice pages, and the resource directory in Live Well Cheshire East, to help you find support in your local area to help you in your own home; with your finances; keeping your home warm and in good repair; to help you get out and about; to find out about activities, clubs and social groups happening in your area; and support if you are a carer.

Choices for Care, provides you with online support to help you to identify the support you need. This includes relevant services from the Live Well directory.

You can also choose to submit the information you provide to the Council’s Adult Social Care service, who will then contact you to discuss your situation.
