Running until March 2023, the programme aims to provide one to one, holistic, person centred advice and support to individuals over 50, who have experienced a significant life event. 

Building Better Lives programme at Age UK Carlisle and Eden provides information, advice and support to people experiencing life events and supports them to achieve their longer term goals.
