Biggs Healthcare

Care tailored to your needs in the comfort of you own home

What does it do?

We cover a wide range of support, such as domestic support, companionship, personal care, meal preparation, going out in the community, live in care, shopping and much more. Our minimum visit time is 30 minutes, we can provide around the clock support if required.

We believe that the best person to plan his or her future is you. What we can offer:

·       We will listen to what our customers say and respect their choices.

·       We will provide continuity of care at a time that suits you. We will not turn up when we can fit you in.

·       We work with our customers and their loved ones to formulate a care package tailored to your needs.

·       Our staff are trained to provide high standards of care.

Support needs can change over time – and sometimes quite suddenly – so it’s important we provide a flexible and adaptable service that helps you and your family feel supported at all times. That begins in your home care assessment, where we’ll take you step-by-step through the essential information to create your unique support plan, based around your daily routines and needs.

We will regularly review your support plan and carry out carer supervisions so we can respond to any changes and arrange for extra training or support if it is needed.
