Our befriending service is open to any over 60’s who may feel isolated or lonely or do not see anyone on a regular basis due to health or mobility issues. Our team of over 150 befriending volunteers are matched with older people in their area and will visit their befriendee once a week to have a chat, maybe a cup of tea or two and get to know each other.

This service is also offered as a telephone service. Both options are completely free of charge.
