AESN CARE
Compassionate home care to Assist, Educate, Support & NurtureWhat does it do?
AESN Care provides high-quality, person-centred home care (domiciliary care) services to individuals who wish to remain independent in their own homes while receiving the support they need. Our services include personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, companionship, support with mobility, and help with daily living tasks. Care is tailored to each person’s unique needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times. We offer flexible care packages ranging from short daily visits to more complex care, including waking night or 24-hour support.
Who it is for?
Our home care services are designed for adults aged 18 and over, including older people, individuals with physical disabilities, long-term health conditions, dementia, mental health needs, or learning disabilities. We support clients who wish to live independently at home but require some level of assistance with daily tasks. AESN Care operates across London and surrounding areas, and our care packages are suitable for those privately funding care, receiving direct payments, or referred by local authorities or NHS services.
Where it is available?
What it costs:
At AESN Care, our home care services are competitively priced at £22.50 per hour, offering high-quality, person-centred care that is both affordable and flexible.
We understand that funding care can be a concern, so we support clients in exploring the following options:
-
Local Authority Funding – If you have eligible care needs and limited savings (typically under £23,250), your local council may contribute to the cost of your care following a financial assessment. You may receive services directly or opt for Direct Payments to choose AESN Care as your provider.
-
Attendance Allowance – Individuals over State Pension age may receive £73.90 or £110.40 per week, depending on care needs, to help pay for home care services.
-
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – For those under State Pension age with long-term health conditions or disabilities.
-
Carer’s Allowance – If someone provides you with unpaid care for 35+ hours a week, they may be entitled to this benefit.
-
NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) – For individuals with complex health needs, full funding may be available through the NHS.
We’re happy to guide clients and families through the funding process to ensure the right support is in place.
