If you’re a council tenant and you’re finding it difficult to get into and around your home, we may be able to help by fitting adaptations.

To arrange an assessment, you should contact Occupational Therapy. A therapist will assess your needs and recommend helpful adaptations to your home.

Adaptation repairs

If you need a repair to an existing adaptation, contact the Housing Adaptations team on 020 7525 1866.

If you’re moving out of your home that has adaptations equipment installed, inform the Housing Adaptations team by calling 020 7525 1866.
