If you choose to join us on your care journey, we will then put you in contact with your Care Account Manager and also our assessment team that will help put your care plan together by carrying out a visit to meet you and asses your property to ensure we can provide the best level of care you require within the comfort of your own home.

 Meet your carer, in this process you or your NOK will be able view profiles and speak to a panel of carers that will have been chosen very carefully for you by your Care Account Manager, once you have spoken to all carers you will be given the chance to pick a carer that you believe is the right person for you. All Carers at ACS are thoroughly vetted, and extensive background checks are carried out, all carers receive all necessary training to carry out their role.
