The AccuroCare Domiciliary/Home Care Service provides support to enable elderly or less-able bodied people remain in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible.
Our services include:
- personal care
- medication management
- light domestic tasks (such as laundry, shopping, light cleaning)
- reablement support after hospital stays
- preparing meals
- going on trips or outings
- general support services
We can arrange to visit once, twice, four times aday or more if required. The length of each visit is pre-determined from 30 minutes to 2 hours or more. As needs change the length and / or frequency of visits can be altered as necessary.

Who it is for?
We provide care services in the home for elderly and less-abled individuals who need extra support to continue living at home. We understand that everyone's needs are different so we visit each new customer to discuss their needs and create a tailor-made plan to suit them. Our carers are professional, compassionate, caring and understanding.

What it costs:
Visits from AccuroCare Carers can vary from 30 minutes to several hours or more. Rates start from £12.60 for a 30 minute visit.
How to access or apply for it:
Friends, relatives or individuals themselves can contact AccuroCare directly on 01923 350369. Alternatively, if care has been agreed by social services following a Community Care Assessment, individuals can specify AccuroCare as the agency they would like to receive care from - this is done through Direct Payments.
What to expect then:
When an individual calls AccuroCare for information on receiving a care package, they are asked for brief information regarding the type of help they feel they need. For example washing, dressing, personal care, medication management. In addition, we ask how many times a day they would like a carer to visit and we provide an indication of the rates charged. Assuming the applicant is happy to proceed, we will arrange to visit the individual in their home to draw up the care plan and agree the date to start care from.
