Interserve Care at Home

Care at Home Services in Hampshire from Interserve Healthcare

What does it do?

Welcome to the Portsmouth Care at Home branch!

Our Portsmouth branch is situated in Portchester, on the outskirts of Portsmouth. We cover a wide geographical area including Chichester to the east, Southampton to the West and Winchester to the north.

The Portsmouth branch is a small but dedicated team and have many long term clients for which we provide care. We look after people with a wide range of care requirements, some quite complex such as Motor Neurone Disease, Cancer and physical disabilities and some who just need a little help once or twice a day. We can cover any shift pattern from a one or two hour visit to 24/7 live in care.

All of our carers and nurses have to meet CQC guidelines including annual training and CRB police checks

We currently have several clients who have funding provided by the local PCT. You may be able to claim for financial funding for you or your family and request an assessment. For more information you can visit your GP or speak to a district nurse in your local surgery.

Our care at home service includes;

  • Live-in Care – An affordable alternative to residential or nursing home admission.
  • Complex Care – Caring for those with complex and continuing care needs whilst remaining at home.
  • Hospital to Home – Help with the transition of care from hospital back to your home to ensure optimum recovery is achieved.
  • Social Companionship – Reassurance that someone is with you, whether you need help with household chores or just someone to sit and chat to.
  • Personal Care – Help with everyday activities including morning and evening routines, bathing, dressing, medication prompts and meal preparation.
  • Palliative Care – To help you achieve the best quality of life whilst suffering from a progressive illness.
  • Holiday Care – You deserve a break as much as anyone else, so we can be there to support you and ensure your care continues no matter where you go.
