You choose who you work with and at what times, you are very much in control of how your care is delivered. We can provide support with all your needs, from personal care, domestic tasks such as cleaning, to trips out socialising, appointments to the GP, or sitting services to give your loved ones a rest. We can provide support for all your needs. We can also provide holiday cover if you already have your own PA.
Your Care provides a very personal service to all our clients, we regularly visit our clients to check they are happy with our service and get feedback on if we could be doing anything to improve the service. We also regularly meet with our carers to ensure they are happy. We believe good care starts with good carers!

What to expect then:
Once we have had an informal discussion with you we can then arrange to visit you to take details of your requirements.
We then check these requirements against our register of carers to best match the client and carer. We then arrange another visit where we will accompany the carer for you to meet with them and have a friendly chat about your needs, likes and dislikes. You are very much in control and directing your own care.
If all parties are happy to work together we will implement the start.
We are always on hand for all our clients and our carers to offer support where we can. We regularly visit our clients to ensure they are happy with the service they are receiving from their carer. We can also supply a replacement carer if your carer is off sick or is going to be on holiday so you are never without assistance.
