All of our home carer’s are specially recruited for their experience, qualifications and their passion for providing the very best personal care. All of our care workers and supervisors are also NVQ level 2 or level 3 qualified or are working towards their qualification.
 
All of our care workers undergo a rigorous in house induction training program that includes training on Health and safety, Medication, Moving & Handling, Emergency First Aid at Home and effective communication skills and many more.
 
All of our employees have a DBS check done together with extensive referencing and work history checks to ensure they are of a high calibre and are suitable to carry out care.
