Provides assistance with the day to day routine to maintain you to stay in your own home, this can include personal care, Meal prep, Sitting Services, domestic help, Medication Assistance, Shopping, Pension / Medication collections. We offer calls as early as 7am and up to 8pm, this can be anything from 15 minutes onwards.

The Service Provides care for Vulnerable adults in their own homes aged from 18 upwards.

Personal Care / Medication / Meal Prep /Sitting Services - £13.50 per hour during the week and £14.50 an hour during the weekend.
Domestic and Shopping - £10 per hour during the week and £12 per hour at the weekend - Shopping will incur 40p per mile for mileage to and from the desired shop.

There will be a meeting to chat about what they require and how we can help, if both parties agree and consent to the care we will then complete an individual support plan that will reflect exactly what is needed, there will also be at this point a risk assessment to ensure that everyone is safe. Care can then commence and will be reviewed on a 3 monthly basis.
