What does it do?

We aim to deliver services to people who need a rapid response to a crisis, need help to maintain their independence where they have complex needs and to promote preventative services which help people remain well and independent.


Services provided can include:

•    healthcare
•    equipment
•    help in your home or in a care home
•    community support and activities
•    day centres
•    help for people with disabilities
•    financial support
•    information and advisory services, and advocacy
•    support for carers 

Who it is for?

We provide a range of social care services to older people and people with a learning disability or physical impairment.

Local service (Kennet, West Wiltshire, North Wiltshire, Salisbury).
