We help individuals who need care and support, to enable them to live longer, healthier and more independent lives, in a safe environment. We also provide support to families, relatives and carers, even if carers do not live within Redcar & Cleveland.

Services provided can include:

•    community support and activities
•    day centres
•    help for people with disabilities
•    financial support
•    information and advisory services, and advocacy
•    support for carers

This service is for older people, working age adults with a physical disability or learning disability.

Our opening hours

We open at 8.30 a.m. every weekday
We close at 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 4.30 p.m. on a Friday
