What does it do?

The Home Library Service can deliver books and recordings to your home free of charge if you are unable to reach your local library

Who it is for?

Hertfordshire residetns who are unable to reach your local library because you are housebound, have a disability, or care for someone at home.

Where it is available?

Local service (East Hertfordshire, Hertsmere, St Albans, Stevenage, Three Rivers, Watford, Welwyn Hatfield, Broxbourne, Dacorum, North Hertfordshire).

The service is free
