Home To Home Calls

Affordable daily befriending service that supports users and carers

What does it do?

Home to Home Calls provides a daily phone call service specifically for the elderly and the most vulnerable members of society. The calls are used as a befriending service and to check the welfare and well being of our clients. Our service usually benefits people who suffer from isolation and social anxiety, depression, dementia and those who may require reminders or assisted medication management.

Calls are made at an agreed time every day and calls are in support of other Health Care Services.
Next of Kin's, main carers/Local Authority’s are alerted immediately if the recipient is unreachable or needs further support.
Recipients gain a sense of clarity that they have not been forgotten within society and regain independence within their own homes.

Call plans can be structured and adapted to suit the client’s needs.
Positive relationships are formed between user and befriender allowing for progressive self esteem to be built.
