Supporting You

Support service for older people in Cheshire

What does it do?

Our Supporting You service works in partnership with Age UK East Cheshire to provide a home visiting service for people across the county.

The service assists people who fall outside the criteria for assistance from social services, but who would benefit from a home visit to discuss any information queries they may have, and to find services to suit individual’s needs.

Supporting You staff deal with a wide range of issues, from helping to find a cleaner to completing claim forms for Attendance Allowance.

All of our Supporting You staff are employed by Age UK Cheshire. They will never call unannounced and will always book an appointment in advance. All members of staff carry identification badges with them which may be seen at any time.
