If you are over 50 and sometimes feel nobody is listening to you properly or you are daunted by dealing with organisations such as the health service or the council, then help is at hand.

The service at OCAY is free and confidential and independent of the statutory services such as the council, health and social services, which means we can challenge decisions if you are not happy with them.
