Norfolk Family Carers

Advocacy service for people in Norfolk

What does it do?

Our Adult Carers Project provides information, advice and guidance through Carer Support Group Meetings, Carers Cafés, one to one support at local libraries and carers appointments held in GP Surgeries. Our advocacy services are centred around attending meetings for Carers needs and working closely with other agencies on behalf of Carers.  Following a Carers Assessment we provide a Link Work service whereby Carers are contacted by a Support worker to check if help is needed.  The Carers Drop in held at the Carers Centre in Norwich offers a chance to unwind and relax, and the Soothing Ways programme offers more chances for relaxation and help with stress.
