Advocacy
Advocacy service for oleder people in KentWhat does it do?
We use trained volunteers, who visit older people in their own home to express their individual needs, either for themselves
or through a visiting advocate. Not all of us are able to be effective advocates on our own behalf even before we are old.
All of our volunteers are police checked to deal with vulnerable old people and carry identity badges with them. We ensure that our volunteers are regularly updated and trained to a high standard.
