Advocacy Project

Advocacy service for older people in Westminster

What does it do?

If you have a problem with your care, housing or health services, we aim to listen to you, agree with you how to solve your problem, speak up for you and get the services you are entitled to.

Our service is free of charge and not means tested. We believe all sorts of people, regardless of their income or background, can find themselves in need of advocacy at a particular time in their lives.

You may call us yourself or your carer or a family member may call us on your behalf.

We also take referrals from community workers, social services, housing services and health workers, who may ask for our support on your behalf and with your permission.

Most of our work supports older people living at home  We have also received funding to support older people living in residential care homes, nursing homes or hospital.
