St Helens Home Delivery Library Service

What does it do?

A first referral visit will be carried out at your home to gain an idea of your reading tastes. You will then be visited every 4 weeks by a member of the Community Services Team, with a selection geared to your choice. Materials that can be provided include:
* Large Print and ordinary print books
* Talking Books on either cassette or CD
* Music CD's and cassettes
* Videos and DVD's
* Talking Magazines
* Local community and Council Information
* Free loan of equipment. eg. tape players, headphones etc

Who it is for?

Anyone living within the St Helens Borough who is unable to get to their local library due to age, illness or a disability. The service is also available to carers and anyone who may be temorarily restricted to home, due to illness or an accident. There are no age limits- our customers currently ranging from 10 years old to 100 years
