Our service costs vary from £10.65 there is help such as direct payments, personal living allowance, we support people with this type of payments also

What to expect then:
Once we visit you and complete an assessment of your needs you decide if you wish to take up our services, their is no obligation to do so their is a lot of choice of providers the decision is yours entirely. If you decide to have us supporting you then the next stage is to devise a care plan of your individual needs, this is done with input from you and family members if you wish it should include information about you for e.g likes and dislikes, health needs and requirements, name address, social activity and links, emergency contacts, favourites, preferences, pet name etc. As time goes on your care plan gets reviewed and updated annually.
A risk assessment is also completed to protect you and the carer we all want to work and be in a safe environment so this assessment will help prevent any mishaps, falls or trips and safeguards your wellbeing.
Once care starts we visit you to ensure the service we are providing is working well. We are available 365 days a year our oncall service is their to assist you in any care emergency you may be experiencing.
