What does it do?
We provide a variety of activities for older people, that allow them to socialise in a friendly, safe and warm environment. We try and offer something for everyone. All the people that currently attend are very friendly.
Activities include a variety of different exercise classes suitable for people of all abilities and taylored to meet the needs of the older generation - these are Total Body Work Out, Exercise for All, Pilates for Beginners,Zumba Gold and Yoga.
We also run a lunch group, every Tuesday (during term time) 12.30 - 1.30pm and provide a hot 2 course meal, with Tea & coffee.
Other activities include our Knit & Natter group Tuesday 2.00pm - 4.00pm. Everyone welcome including beginners.
We also hope to set up a Social group in the near future that would offer a variety of activities including arts & crafts, baking, guest speakers and trips.
