Our home care users are people with disabilities, sensory impaired people, elderly requiring help with personal care such as dressing up, grooming, bathing etc people requiring help with day to day domestic chores, people and carer's who require respite or holiday care; and complex care to holiday care.

The Service is for younger adults and elderly who wish to be cared for in their own homes. Services are delivered across Slough, Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire.

Regional service (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire).

Costs range from £14.00/hour to £19.90/hour

Please contact Chrome Tree Care office, we will arrange for a senior member of staff who is qualified and trained in giving advice on care (free of charge) they can discuss your requirements and tailor a care package to meet your needs.

Who will be present at the visit?
We would send one or two members of staff to visit. It is always helpful if someone can be present with you for an assessment of your needs as they can help with asking questions if you are unsure or feel nervous, this could be family/friend or even an advocate.

Person centered approach
Our clients can expect 5 star quality service with person centred approach at all times. As a home care agency we have made a decision not to take on further clients if this would compromise the quality of service for our existing home care users.
