A new partnership offering respite for carers of people with dementia and other frailties, supported by West Sussex County Council, is now available in three locations across the Horsham District.
Horsham – every Monday – 9.30am to 3.30pm
Storrington – every Tuesday and Friday – 9.30am to 3.30pm
Henfield - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 9.30am to 3.30pm
Each of these clubs provide dementia friendly activities, a hot cooked lunch and a FREE trial day. The new partnership will also offer:
· Opportunities for carers and ‘cared for’ to socialise together
· A series of one-off events
