What to expect then:
Our registered Manager who has worked in the care industry for many years before proceeding to become a Social Worker with management experience in both the Public and Private Sectors, will visit to carry out initial assessment and a personal care plan will be agreed with the service user/ commissioner of care and family as appropriate.
