This service offers you a minor repair service, covering repairs to doors and windows, replacing fuses, faulty lamp flex, electric bulbs, simple plumbing work, door locks and security measures, just to name a few examples.
This will avoid minor repairs becoming major repairs.

Security Checks
In partnership with West Mercia Police and the Community Safety Forum for Malvern District, we are actively involved in carrying out security checks of accommodation. We also replace or refurbish security furniture for victims of crime, attempted crime or for those who feel threatenedIn addition, in partnership with the Adult Community Services Directorate and Fortis Living and Marches Housing Associations, we can install aids and adaptations into older people’s accommodation. Owing to outside pressures we now have to make a charge of £15.00 per hour (a maximum of 2 hours) for our services with the client paying for materials
Community Alarms and Key Safes
We can install a temporary community alarm system for up to four weeks and in conjunction with this, fit an outside key safe (£40.00) for use in an emergency to gain access to the premises. The service charge is £15.00.
