Faulty appliances cause shocks, burns house fires and loss of lives, often reported on television or in newspapers. Further evidence is on the websites of Health and Safety Council and Fire Brigades nationally. What can we do about it?

For your peace of mind  Home Pat UK have introduced Portable Appliance Testing for the home as a precautionary safety measure and reduce the risk to ensure they maintain a safe environment by preventing the user and that of others being exposed to the dangers of electricity caused by faulty electrical appliances.

What it costs:

So everyone can benefit from our safety campaign "Switch onto Safety in the Home" we have, without compromising safety three choices. Firstly the Gold Package at £88 then the Silver Package at £44 and an affordable Bronze Package for only £30.

In addition with the Gold and Silver we will inspect smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, test microwave ovens for radiation leakage and test an electric blanket, ALL FREE OF CHARGE

Your initial enquiry whichever option you use is dealt with by friendly knowledgeable people, not robotic press option 1 etc. We maintain that same level of assurance as your qualified test engineer arrives as arrangedl.

All testing is carried out in accordance with The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and The Guild of Pat Testers and their code of practices.

The equipment used to test appliances is supplied by our sole provider First Stop Safety. The Memory-Pat Tester stores the tests readings allowing us to download the results and present you with a list of all your appliances and a Pass Certificate.
To ensure our specialised equipment produce accurate readings all our machines are calibrated annually and inspected daily.
