What does it do?

De Vere Care has been established since 1999 and has a well structured Management and Care staff team, to date It has providedover 2 million hours of care, which includes support and care for elderly,children, learning disabilities as well as Reablement services. 

Who it is for?

De Vere Care provides care in the community, in peoples own home by trained and qualified care staff. We provide services to Elderly, young adults, Children, and those services users who have physical disability. Our extensive experience (over 20 years of care provision) has enabled us to recruit clinical staff to provide reablement services, especially for those who may have been discharged from Hospital and are looking for extensive support to get their independence back, by going through a 6 week programme of excercises and reablement care.
De Vere Care also provides specialist care, offering palliative care and end of life care. There are care services we provide in the means of live-in-care or waking nights.

What it costs:

The cost of care will depend on each individuals needs, however the average cost for each hour of care is £13.50 hour

What to expect then:

After an equiry, De Vere Care's monitoring officers or Care Manager, will come out to the service Users house, to conduct an initial assessment, which taks into consideration their needs, and how they would like to service to develop. We also request and encourage for the next of kin to be present and if agreed by the Service User, to have an input into the care service.
