We offer four levels of live-in care:

Level 1

Domestic and Social Assistance

Mostly housekeeping, cooking, cleaning, outings and companionship.

Level 2

Domestic and Personal Care

As level 1 plus assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, feeding and assisting

with medications etc.

Level 3

Domestic and Full Personal Care

As level 2 plus full assistance with personal care, catheter care, incontinence etc.

Also full assistance with hoists and other mobility aids.

Level 4

Complex Care

As level 3 plus full assistance with stoma care, extreme challenging behaviour etc.

Also caring for someone with dementia, a terminal illness or post operative care

following major surgery
