Home care service for the elderly in the Chorley area.

What does it do?

We provide high quality Home Care Services for elderly people in their own homes. We operate in the Chorley area and surrounding villages and our aim is to provide a dedicated service for local people that meets their needs whilst promoting independent living. As part of our service we provide a free Home Assessment for potential new clients, and our Head of Care will undertake this for each client’s individual needs to see if we are right for them and what they require. Our services include:-
Providing personal care (bathing, dressing etc)
Medication reminding
Assisting with mobility
Preparing meals and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping
Running errands
Grocery Shopping
Escorting to appointments
Specialist respite care (holiday cover or post hospitalisation)
Friendship and companionship

Who it is for?

Elderly and vulnerable adults living in their own homes. Adults needing post-operative support, holiday and respite cover for carers.

Regional service (Greater Manchester, Lancashire).
