Blyford Wellbeing Centre in Lowestoft offers personalised daytime care for older people in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Our welcoming team has a great deal of expertise in caring for older people who have Alzheimer’s and other forms dementia, including individuals with complex support needs.
At Blyford Wellbeing Centre we start the day with a sociable breakfast and we also enjoy lunch and afternoon tea together. We’ve always got lots of different activities going on, from cooking and crafts to games like dominoes, and we often go out to local places of interest too. And it’s our members who set the agenda – all of the activities and outings that we organise are based on what members tell us they want to do. 
Blyford Wellbeing Centre is located in a quiet residential area to the north of Lowestoft town centre, with local shops and facilities close by.
