Care UK Support at Home Devon, ExeterSupport services at home for people in Devon
What does it do?
Our team in Devon helps people receive support in the comfort of home.
We understand just how valuable homecare services are in helping people to live the kind of life they want. Our Devon branch provides homecare for older people, individuals living with dementia and adults with learning disabilities. We also offer palliative care for people approaching the end of their life.
Our approach is to work with people to develop a care plan which not only caters to their healthcare needs, but also fits in with their lifestyles, personalities, and aspirations. This enables us to deliver a service which effectively helps people gain greater independence and really begin living the life they want.
As a relatively new service we’re always developing our offering, bringing in new services such as help for people with learning disabilities. To see a full list of what we offer, use the table. Alternatively, if you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Our team will be happy to help.
