Our service also includes a door to door minibus service that enables us to maintain regular contact with the carers and families of our members.
What we do
Operating weekdays between 8.30 AM and 4.30 PM with a high staff to member ratio, our aim is to stimulate the mental, physical and social skills of our members. We achieve this by providing a wide range of recreational activities such as:
- Pool, air hockey & table tennis
- Art, crafts & pottery
- Model making & woodworking
- Pub games & quizzes
- Weekly outings & restaurant visits
- Baking & gardening
- Live music & guest speakers
- Life story books & Digital reminiscence
- Singing & dancing
- Keep fit & Tai Chi
- Hairdressing & Aromatherapy
- Pet & drum therapy
Who it is for?
Who can be referred
Younger adults with dementia under 65 years old, and living within the Rochford, Castle Point and Southend areas.
We now work with people from the Brentwood,Baslidon and surrounding areas.
Please contact us if you are from outside these areas as it may still be possible for us to offer a service.
