Information & Advice

AGE UK Lindsey Information and Advice Service

What does it do?

We offer information and advice on welfare benefits, community care, housing options and local services. We can help you make claims for the following benefits:

  • Attendance Allowance
  • Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction
  • Carers Allowance
  • Pension Credit

We can also help with issues such as:

  • Care for you or a loved one
  • Housing advice
  • Signposting to other local services and support
  • Access to opportunities to enjoy an active life

If you need more in depth support, such as filling out complicated forms we can arrange for a member of our Outreach Team to visit you to guide you through the process.

Due to our large rural area our Outreach Officers often have a waiting list, however we will make an appointment to visit you as soon as practically possible.
