We provide Quality Care for adults in their own home.  We support respite care, dementia, physical disabilities, mental health, learning disabilities, post operative support and companionship.  We look after clients across the East Midlands but centralised around Derby and South Derbyshire.

Where it is available?

Local service (Erewash, Derby, South Derbyshire).

What it costs:

We tailor each care plan to an individual's specific needs and wishes and therefore cost will vary from client to client. It is agreed after we visit the client (and family if possible) to discuss our services and carry out a care assessment.

What to expect then:

On initial contact an inquiry form will be completed so that we understand the type of services required. Then a representative from the company will visit the potential client's home to carry out a detailed care assessment and perform a risk assessment. From this information a care plan would be developed and discussed with the client. Once accepted, appropriate carer(s) will be allocated. The client may request to meet the carer or carers prior to commencment of service and this of course would be accommodated.

We believe in the duty of care both to our employees and our clients. Our home care assistants are dedicated to improving their clients' quality of life, and going that extra mile to ensure we deliver an outstanding service.
